Taiba Investments (Taiba) is a public joint-stock company listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange “Tadawul” (TDWL). The company, which is Headquartered in Madinah Saudi Arabia, manages a portfolio of diversified investments spanning a number of sectors including real estate, hospitality, agriculture and industry.
Taiba has a distinguished history of investing in and developing iconic real estate holdings in Madinah and throughout Saudi Arabia and is one of the largest real estate developers in Saudi Arabia, known for its commercial and hotel projects located in prime positions in central Madinah.
Key developments include the Taiba Residential and Commercial Center and the Al Majeedi Commercial Center, the first and largest shopping complex in Central Madinah, as well as Millennium operated hotels.
Warifat, a Joint venture company of Eaglewing based in Jeddah, has been retained by Taiba Holding to Asset Manage their Hospitality Portfolio which includes the Millennium Al Aqeeq Hotel and Millennium Taiba Hotel. The combined inventory is more than 700 upper-upscale hotel rooms
